The exchange is here free for all aviation professional to promote themselves, it is confidencial, so no details are passed to anyone by us, rather the recruiter searches the data base, and based upon your entries they will request you to contact them. The decision is then up to you as to whether you proceed with their invitation.

Once you have responded, the whole recruitment process is then taken on by the recruiter, in fact once the CV request has been sent to you by us that ends our involvement.

So, for those of you that already have employment it is also safe for you to promote yourself.

Our entries are purely based on ratings and experience, which as we all know is how we are assessed in the industry.
